Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas: counters, sinks, appliance exteriors, showers, tubs, toilets, mirrors and fixtures, plus dusting, vacuuming, mopping and trash. Deep cleans add baseboards, vents, light fixtures, inside appliances and grout detail.
No. Our teams arrive with all equipment and industry-grade supplies, including vacuums and mops. If you would rather we use a specific product on a delicate surface, leave it out and let us know.
We do not do exterior windows above the first floor, anything needing a tall ladder, mold remediation, hazardous material work, or heavy construction debris hauling. We also will not move heavy furniture without help. Anything outside our scope gets flagged in the quote.
Only if you want us spending the whole visit on cleaning rather than sorting. Clear counters and floors help, but nobody needs to clean for the cleaners.
Yes. Every team member is bonded, insured and background-checked before their first visit, and always works in a trained two-person team.
No. Most clients give us a door code or lockbox and go about their day. We follow whatever entry arrangement you prefer, including meeting us at the door the first time.
