How does flat-rate pricing work?+
We price the job, not the hour. After a short conversation about your home's size, layout and condition, you get one fixed number covering the whole scope. If the home needs more work than expected, we tell you before we start rather than billing you after.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?+
Most clients are not. Our cleaners are bonded, insured and background-checked, and we follow whatever entry arrangement you prefer — a code, a lockbox, or meeting us at the door the first time.
Do I have to provide any supplies?+
No. Our teams arrive with all equipment and industry-grade supplies, including vacuums and mops. If you would rather we use a specific product on a delicate surface, leave it out and let us know.
